When and where will I get my access?
Access token ownership is transferred immediately after purchase. All access tokens are Non-Fungible Tokens NFTs on the Solana and Ethereum blockchain which are send to a non-custodial wallet like Phantom Wallet or MetaMask.
Is the Dentaverse access token an NFT?
Yes, using a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) allows us to uniquely identify you as the holder of the membership on the blockchain. This way we securely ensure connectivity between members, partners and data.

Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, by accepting payments with credit card we decrease the entry level to our community thereby giving access to people with different Web3 knowledge levels. Every membership has a 'Pay with Credit Card' or 'Pay with Crypto' option. Choose your favourite option.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of our membership tokens, we do not offer a refund policy; however, memberships can be traded on secondary marketplaces like OpenSea or MagicEden.
Can I trade access tokens on a secondary marketplace?
Yes, the access tokens can be traded on a secondary marketplace. In the NFT arena, secondary marketplaces encompass any transaction made after the “minting phase”, where the vendor determines a piece’s price. Think of it as the crypto counterpart to the traditional stock exchange.
